Just to keep the share price action in perspective, on June 2, 2010 we closed the private placement wherein 34.5 million dollars of smart institutional money bet that the shares of Volta were worth more than $1.55. Since May 14, when the closing share price was in fact $1.55, I have calculated that between 6 and 7 million shares of Volta were sold.
