I would be more concerned if the General Market conditions weren't so rocky.  But I gather this news isn't DEFINITIVELY good or bad.  It "sounds" good but not good enough to bring dollars out of pockets.

Seems to be some buyers sitting on the .265 Bid - but again,  nothing Earth shattering.  I'm thinking something like a mine announcement would be interesting.  If THAT didn't wake us up I would be selling.
