Thanks for the insightful response. I briefly went through the link, and although it does seem as tho it's only Nadjmul who's aggresively selling (i think 40% of your entire position is aggressive), the info is relevant as of Dec '09. I'd be interested to see what the current numbers are.

As per dilution, I remember J/S speaking to a possibility of acquiring Nortel through a separate investement vehicle...so if it's not through dilution, could s/h still benefit? I'm not sure how off B/S transactions occur? Could you or anyone shed more light on this?
