The stock is where it is because

The stock is where it is becauseThe shares are essentially all owned by dumb retail investors whose stock market savvy can be summed up with the following  " stock up, me like" "stock down, me no like". These intellectuals are worried that a reverse split is an omen of a bad share price performance, and ironically it has become a self fulfilling prophesy. The best thing that can happen is have the reverse split get listed in the U.S. and open this stock up to a new group of potential investors. If you only have nervous retail sellers and very few (remaining) retail buyers, you have formula for a share price decline. The fundamentals have only become stronger as the share price has become weaker. Does that suggest the stock is a buy or a sell?
