missing something?Talked with Ian Foreman about many items including his news release format. Yale has many partners getting ready to do work. He assures me that when the work starts is much more important to the company and to us than a J/V partner getting ready to do the work. I agree, as it is always possible for the work to take longer to start or not happen at all.
The good news is that there is money about to be spent, not ours, to move various properties foreward and resding between the lines, it looks like there are more deals on the table. I am a fan of the project generator model so will stick this one out even though the markets are tough!
