RE: BODs of SPQ & KWG

RE: BODs of SPQ & KWG
If it sounds like Cliffs it likely is.

From WBatten

"No matter how many scenarios are put forward on these bullboards, you will never figure out what  Cliff and the BODs of KWG and SPQ are up to. All I know is that they couldn't be trusted in the past and nothing has changed my mind. Their motto has been "To hell with the retail shareholder". Lets line our own pockets first. This VMS find  has been due to the patience of shareholders.

Don't be taken in by all these moves and counter moves. Your shares in Spider and KWG have not changed (YET). This so called "merger" will have likely strings attached.

The meetings of KWG and SPQ were held on the same day. Don't you think that Cliff was a party to them, being a Major shareholder of KWG and a significant shareholder of SPQ.

Don't let posters here make the BODs of SPQ and KWG look like heroes all of a sudden."
