I guess they are all scamers according to you. If someone tries to open a mine and make it a going mine they must be a scamer right? WHAT YOU DON'T REALIZE IS THIS PROJECT HAS A LOT OF LOCAL SUPPORT AND THAT CAN MEAN A LOT TO MAKING A MINE SUCESSFUL. there are a lot of mines that make money at much lower grades.
