RE: RE: NewsHello BayStreetkid et al,
You stated, “Sinopec is a serious serious goliath of a company” and that it’s “very good to have big names client using Tranzeo/Aperto products.”
Response: Sinopec is without a doubt a serious goliath of a company.
The very fact that Sinopec has “deployed” the equipment which had been sold to such a company by Aperto/Tranzeo representatives is indeed positive, BayStreetkid.
Perhaps we should expect that the “profit margins” derived from supplying Sinopec (and/or any Russian government supporting purchasers) the PacketMax equipment would enable Tranzeo/Aperto representatives to incrementally and quite positively solidify - perhaps solidly in the black earlier than previously suggested - those emphasized bottom line Q2 thru Q4 2010 numbers, eh.
Yes; this company needs a development which would clearly signal, for other “BayStreetkids” and their colleagues and associates of course, the arrival of upper tier type fiscal support going forward.
Hmm; where is that 10 Million Dollar revolving Credit Facility?
After all, any perhaps marked “EXPANSION” of the combined company’s (i.e. the Aperto/Tranzeo client base) existing client base would require that much more operating capital be provided for development and manufacturing activities.
This being stated, one could expect that any in part Government funded Venture Capital/Private Equity Fund’s involvement (e.g. Tandem Expansion Fund) could very well fit hand in glove with that which Business Development Bank of Canada representatives and Export Development Canada representatives would be attempting to nurture.
Yes; providing "senior and secured" equity investment support and concurrently providing for a sound (perhaps as sound as could be) and “upper tier” associated “senior secured” credit facility for companies which may very well be tapped in order to “in part” facilitate the “monetization” of previously developed and Canadian government sponsored 4G technological advancements ...
Well, sufficed to state that such a requirement would have long ago been indicated on the Canadian government’s radar screen.
Alas; perhaps it’s only a dream …
After all, what can one know, eh?
