i think the regulators need to make moves

I think the regulators need to find out whos computer system is killing the stock markets on a daily basis at 3:00 PM to 4:00 pm . just take a look over the last week , always at the 2:30 to 4 same old sell the market down and cover trick . Get some balls regulators ,
