I respectfully disagree

I respectfully disagreeMs/Mr Horla - I continue to find your posts on point and informative.

In this case however I believe we need to have the "sales impact" work through the share price before consolidation.  If 5.00 is the minimum target then at present values we would need an approx. 25 to 1 sc.  If the share price can increase to .40 that s/c drops to approx 13 to 1.

I am aware that the "value" of the company remains the same whatever the consolidation ratio however I also believe that "optics" aren't totally discountable.  The long termers who have bought at high prices in the distant past would likely be better served by some figure closer to 10 to 1.

Having said all that I am not suggesting we "wait forever" and I also agree with the poster who suggested we are getting close to a Covidien take over.  Once they have a firm grasp on product acceptance they will be in a position to make "an offer not likely refusable".  I suspect that given the turbulent history an offer of about .62 would be acceptable to enough people to carry the day.  I wish it were otherwise for those long termers but I suspect we are heading down a road to a somewhat inevitable conclusion.
