Dear RichardThe majority of your shareholders are not happy with the performance of any of the Hughes Group of Companies.
- The market has spoken to your lack of execution and hence punished all your Group's Stock prices.
- You may try to argue otherwise, but recent news is too little too late and no one cares.
- You have been late to the party with any progress on our so called "world class properties".
The recent news is for things that should have happened long ago.
- Why did Keating leave??
You are juggling too many Companies and properties. No focus !!
- All people have to do is take a look at a map of all of Hughes Group Companies' intertwined Land packages. It makes no sense.
Suggestions:
- Time to think of merging a few companies together.
- Sell or joint venture non strategic companies.
- Sell all non strategic land packages, keep small net smelter...
- Support ALL your companies share prices and buy substantial blocks at "Market" prices. - Straight across the board.
- Forgoe any salary, management fees or options for 2 years for ALL companies.
- Hire Well Known, experienced and aggressive management to take things to the next stage.
** I look forward to hearing a Message to Shareholders with your firm intentions, strategic plans and TIMELINES.
