Yes you are right! The warrants will Vast give 30 mil. shares @ 90 cents. That means money in the pocket but if they wait another few weeks till they know the oil is there, they can easily rise the same money for less shares.
If they hit nothing but sand they better have the money from the warrants. Time will tell what is best.
