You make some good points, sir. Now consider this: The NDX BOD fired the IR group who helped get almost all the shares in the market picked up - and it's a huge amount due to Neil M's string of ill thought-out financings. The BOD did this as they wanted to keep for themselves the options promised to the IR group, as they the BOD had sold most of their stock into the market - ie. into the buying created by the IR group.

So, in addition to your fine questions, one needs to ask:

1. Who's watching the market as the company loses market cap?

2. What happens to all the shareholders brought into the deal by the f-cked-over IR group?

3. What would you do if you were the fucked-over IR group?

3. Neil M. made promises to the f-cked-over IR group. Does his word mean anything?

NDX has fine fundamentals - and they are growing. But, Neil M. is answerable for the low SP. If anybody wants to inbox me re this or chat, I can easily provide more background and proof of the above.
