Financing - statisticsjaysbc44, hi, and here is my contribution today:
Important milestones in completion of financial package for the Kaunisvaara CapEx are:
* Firm off-take agreements Kaunisvaara incl. some ”soft financing” (agreement with customer Stemcor already in place – expect other agreements to come during June-July so the agreements cover at least 3,5 mill. tonnes of iron ore pellets delivered annually)
* Firm agreements regarding infrastructure projects (harbour, railway etc.- timing before DFS)
* Definite Feasibility Study Kaunisvaara (DFS, expected July)
* Environmental permit Kaunisvaara (expected August 20)
* Bank financing Kaunisvaara (expected July/August)
* Share issue Kaunisvaara (my guess is some time after environmental permit is granted)
The Stemcor agreement looks great. It will be really great if NAU get similar agreements covering at least 3-3,5 mill. tonnes of annual production. Stemcor seems interested to contribute with USD 50 mill. of NAUs financial needs. I have some expectations other customers also will contribute so the share issue can be limited.

joergen (the nickname of a Norwegain bullboard writer) has made this one and updates it every Wednesday morning. His last update was Wednesday June 9 with the status as per June 1. Red numbers are decreased number of shares in the period between the dates of status, blue numbers are increased number of shares. If there are Norwegian words you want to translate to English, you can use an internet translator like: https://translate.google.com/#no|en|
or you can ask me.
Here is joergen’s update of daily trading in Oslo viewing the net buy volume (no. of shares) of each brokerage. Red = net sale. Blue = net buy.

I you see the content in those links together, you can sometimes get an idea of who is selling or who is buying and which brokerage is involved. I.e. it’s expected both Ole Teigen and Frode Teigen have been selling via Pareto.
Those links are posted by joergen at a Norwegian bullboard site, stocktalk.no, where writers have much insight in NAU. I’m also active at this site. I haven’t asked joergen for his permission to post those links, but he is a kind person, and I think he will say it’s ok when I inform him. Credits to joergen for his service for the world. :-)
