I don't know why though, perhaps it is to give an investment to a new national oil company or maybe it is just a way to keep money out of Baghdads hands for now.

There are just over 20 million warrents at
.90 which expire today. Assuming these are not exercised, Vast will have about 272 million shares fully diluted including the 60 million for the KRG. Vast will need additional financing but I doubt they will do this until the well results are released. Those 20 million shares may be sold for a lot more than 90 cents then.

I like Vasts current potential better than Longfords, but I'm invested in both plus Westernzagros to spread the risk a bit.
