What has any of this to do with the catastrophic oil spill in the gulf - and more importantly,  Formation Metals?   You seem bent on blaming President Reagan and now President Bush and yet  not a whiff of a criticism of either President Clinton [who signed the law allowing deep water drilling and no royalty payments] or President Obama for his skillful leadership these past 52 days.   Which president hasn't met with or talked with the CEO of BP?  

If you're an advocate of the Lauffer Curve I would suspect right now you're selling all of your stocks and bonds getting ready for the crash of all markets worldwide?   Are you putting all of your money into gold or silver?  Perhaps shorting the market?   Maybe we won't need cobalt when the world's economies melt down next year.   I'm a bit more optimistic than you are.
