Good news coming ?

Good news coming ?If there is good news coming, the management just screwed shareholders by doing such a big financing at .25 ? this is 40 million more shares plus warrants, very dilutive, very bad timing, if the news coming out is so good why didn't they release results then wait for the share price to appreciate, then do a financing, personally I sold the morning the .25 financing was announced, very dilutive and stupid, I plan on buying back in but not at this price, maybe.27.
