The funny thing is

The funny thing isIf you post something like that and it's your first day on this board-you have no credibility. The cost of doing business dictates that you cannot please all the people all the time. One maybe two customers leave , that is not the end of the world or the end of Sandvine. When I did my DD on this company , I interviewed for a position there, and I can tell you that poor customer service would not happen there. These guys are all about the customer. So I say even if this is true, the company will survive and just because one or two customers leave, it will not affect the profit situation this quarter , or any other quarter. If anything you are a shorter that isn't aware this has turned to go up and you've missed the shorting boat. The big money is to be made going up.
