Just one look at the bio of this BoD member tells me it is HIGHLY unlikely there would be any funny stuff (leaks,etc.) going on at SCT.

Prior to joining SCT’s Board of Directors, Ian Brown was the Senior Managing Director of Raymond James Ltd and previously held the position of Executive Vice President of the Alberta Stock Exchange from 1986 to 1995. Currently, Mr. Ian Brown is an active board member of the TSX Group (formerly the Toronto Stock Exchange); Bonavista Energy Trust; Redsky Energy Ltd (Private Oil and Gas); Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd; Carpenter Energy Fund (Private Limited Partnership Energy Fund); and Canadian Investor Protection Fund. Furthermore, Mr. Brown was previously on the board of Market Regulation Services Inc; Canadian Venture Stock Exchange; Canadian Securities Institute and the Alberta Stock Exchange.

Mr. Ian Brown holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University. He obtained his Charter Accountants designation in 1983

Can anyone tell me why it would seem none of our Clinical or Scientific board members appear to be listed as "insiders"? I thought they would have to show an "opening balance" even if they did not own any shares? Are they not considered "insiders"?
