Up with market sentiment carrying over from Asia and Europe, a willingness to take on risk again, and a belief that this is a bargain with pending 43-101 coming in next 2+ weeks?

Or, down with prevailing momentum, drop in POG, continued risk aversion and belief it still has lower to go?
