"The liquid natural gas requires no pipeline to transport.
Once it reaches its market, it can be re-gasified and distributed as pipeline natural gas."
I can't believe you actually said this. The Natural Gas Liquids (NGL or Condensate) are effectively a very light oil which can be separated from the NG and transported by tanker truck. The problem is what do you do with the NG. It has to be transported by pipeline or flared. Flaring is a waste of the rescource although in the Middle East it used to be very common, not so much anymore. The most viable option is a pipeline but that will be years away.
What you sugested was Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) which would require a liquification plant, a fleet of pressure tankers and a regasification plant. Totally uneconomic.
I'm waiting to hear the test results from all zones as I believe there will be commercial oil production from at least a couple of zones. A well can usually only produce from 2 zones at a time, so the gas zones can wait until infrastructure is in place.
