For this fiscal year Akash Patel was to join the audit commitee and Glen Macdonald was to be dropped .Can't find the results of the AGM on SEDAR or elsewhere though .

The members of the audit committee as of the year ended October 31, 2009 were Michael Mulberry, Glen

Macdonald and Lincoln D. Fuqua. The proposed members of the audit committee for the fiscal year 2009

will be Michael Mulberry, Lincoln D. Fuqua and Akash Patel, a majority of which are independent and at

least one member of which is financially literate.

 

Akash Patel is a Tax Consultant and a director of CanAsia

Industries Corporation since September 5, 2007;

an auditor of Canada Revenue Agency since

September 2001.
