I think you make some very valid points here however there is one thing you are forgetting to include in your assumptions. i don't believe the condensates from this well will only produce 17 barrels per day, i think 17,000 will be closer to the mark. If that is the case, or even 1700 then your economic arguments against possible development go completely out the window.
