There are several potential reasons for shareholders' selling or buying. I haven't heard if anyone has asked Frode Teigen about it so I don't know why. And in my opinion it doesn't matter what he is doing or what other shareholders prefer to do with their positions. As per today Frode Teigen still owns more than 5 % of the total outstanding shares because he hasn't reported to Oslo Stock Exchange passing down through the 5 % threshold, which has to be done immediately, according to Norwegian rules. You mention he is the largest shareholder. And the largest shareholder only has less than 7 % of the shares. So the share structure is widely open with no shareholders owning a substantial part of the shares. As such the company may be an easier target for takeover by larger new owners, for example larger mining companies or steel producers interested in vertically integration. I suppose Ole Teigen doesn't have much shares left for sale if he has any. I am wondering if a bunch of Canadian registered shares have been sold via Pareto this year, and maybe still with some shares left for sale. As I know there isn't any updated official shareholders register in Canada as in Norway so I can't document my hypothesis. All insiders transactions have to be reported immediately to Oslo Stock Exchange so we know every transaction done by our current insiders who own Canadian registered shares. I believe sales through Pareto is real sales on behalf of Pareto's customers.
