RE: Humvee Recap & Modernization Program RFP on hoLooks like a close-out of the RFI solicitation on the public website and break between RFI and RFP.  According to Laurentian Report the HMMWV RFP would be expected no later than end of July 2010 timeframe and contract award by Oct 30th (tight timeline). Also they noted in research that they believe that Cymat SAF was integrated into all of the credible solutions/bids for the HMMWV program.
