Just an idea that I sent to the concerned shareholder  group:


If you look at SEDI filings a company named T.A. Holdings inc is short 8.2 million shares of UBS, this company from what the OSC said in their management and insiders cease trading order from years ago is control by a trustee related to Dolognos. They might be a way to nullify theses shares from Dolognos holdings for voting (since they were sold to Dolognos), therefore increasing a favorable outcome of the vote.
