Is failure criminal?  I am sure they have done all the legal requirements, protecting the board without really protecting shareholders or making any sales.  How are the worms?  Without food and moisture they will die pretty quickly.  On the balance sheet they list worms as being worth $230,000.  How can inventory be valued at $430,000?  At their current sales pace that would last 6 years!
