small float effect

small float effectWith less than 12 million shares outstanding, cic has very small folat of shares. This fact causes sharp rise when the stock is in demand, and rapid fall when it is in sale pressure. But if we share holders hold our shares tightly, the fall will be stopped and the reverse begins. It's not hard for us to hold, for we all know this is a great company. I noticed that some people always pointed to the share price of cic for their bashing reason while forgetting the O/S. They might consider $80 as cheap after 3 to 1 split. good luck all.
