Suppose consolidation happens

Suppose consolidation happensand we go to 15 million shares at
.25.  Who says a new offering will get sold there?  It seems more likely that it slides for a while first; so maybe 5 to 10 million shares are added at
.20, possibly with warrants for half that many more at
.40.  We're back to 30 million fully diluted; with nothing material accomplished, the shareholders have already been trashed for half.  As has already been pointed out, there are plenty of other ways to raise cash.  And for gods sake, stop chasing after more properties and get down to the business of developing one of the existing ones.   Where the heck did those termite mounds get to, for example?  And what the heck was the point of the March 2010 news release and subsequent pump, other than letting a few people unload?
