I think they are a fairly well known financial newsletter for resource stocks. I believe (and I might be wrong here) that they promote on paid basis as well.
 
Btw, GWY is interesting. It has accumulated properties right at the doorstep of VEN (which went from 4 cents to $12) to the extent that tehy have strips running into VEN controlled areas. Disclosure : I have a small position in GWY.
