Re the deal

Re the dealThe plan to sell out some or all of Mukuvia in return for royalties is nothing new.  I wasn't wild about it when it first surfaced but I'm okay with it now especially since Douglas ends up owning a substantial amount of Ruby, so that if Ruby rises in price, so will Douglas.  Also, there is so much potential for BIG BUCKS to come out once production gets rolling that even 25% will be worth huge profits, especially since gold looks poised for another breakout.

That discussion aside, does anyone know if expanding the environmental study and the mining license application to cover the entire property will result in significant further delays?  Or, to put it another way, can Ruby get a license for the original 1/3rd it applied for and then get the rest later?  Or does this tend to put us back to square one in the application process?
