I'll take the free shares.  Interesting approach to say the least....spinning the property out eliminates further dilution of moo for this development and allows easy disoposition of the company or assets or presents opportunity for amalgamation with other junior.

My only concern is does the new company have sufficent assets to garner funds for the IPO.  What did they spend on the property?  $1 million?  Give it a discount of 50% and with 10 million shares not inluding new issuance I give it a price of .05.

So there's my .05 cent return on a .15 cent investment.  yes? No?  Who knows.   Will moo be disounted as a result? Who knows.  You've taken one company with realtively early stage exploration and created two.  It has yet to be demonstrated what this small land package in ontario may have for intrinsic value.
