RE: Surface mine Permits suspendedIf one takes the time to read this document one will realize that this is a benefit to NAG as this applies to Mountain Top Mining and NAG is not in scope for this suspension.   Less available coal supply will help the profit margin for NAG,.... Surface mining, also known as mountain-topmining, involves blasting into the sides of mountains to reach coalseams rather than tunneling below in underground mines, which are moreexpensive and dangerous.
