I think you are wrong.

Through their pilot plant operations they know the optimum quality of proteins that their customers require.But they have to be able reproduce this same quality at full scale production. If you go back and listen to the last conferance call they state it may take up to 2 months to tune in their equipment so that the protein meets specs. Having a product that meets specs is differant than ramping up to full production.

They have received ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP Certification for the canola crushing operation but not for the protein operation. I think they need these certifications before they can sell protein for human consumption.
