The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

The tough question, as it always is for a value investor:

Thin down a little and lock in some nice profits or hang onto all your shares because the thing still is WAAAY undervalued?

SBB deserves a market cap of 1B+. Fully diluted I think it is edging toward about 300 mil now.

Man this stuff was a great deal at 40+ cents!
