It won't matter.  Invest a million in lawyers to keep it tied up in court.  In the meantime BXI is IN PRODUCTION making profits and well able to fund any frivolous lawsuit while BU is still discussing how perhaps in the next year or so they will be producing Clarisoy.  The reality is that BXI and BU are run by professionals.  Both will have done their homework on the patents.  If there is a REAL dispute it won't be about the patent but about trying to get a payday or to delay the growth of a competitor.  In the end we here in the BXI camp have decided to put our money behind BXI and they in BU.  We both think we are backing a winner and don't see why both can't be.  In the end whether you were in RIM or APPLE stock in their infancy you made a HEAP of money.  Which is better?  I don't care really.  I just want to see my investment take off into 5x territory so that I can let them worry about working and I can holiday with Ogopogo. lol.
