RE: Let them sue.From what I know about these lawsuits, you sue for a portion of the profits the company has made infringing on your patent. So you wait until the company is profitable and has earned money. So generally you sue after 2 or 3 years of production. 2 or 3 years at least allows enough time to make some money on the stock and get out.
