possible good time for share moveToday one of the biggest buyers was Citigroup ( house 123) and that just might be good news and possible significant move in share price. The last time they were big buyers was In Nov., 09, and stock moved from $4 to $6++ in the short time with very large volume. So lets see what's going to happen next week.
