Question re Seismic

Question re SeismicAccording to Jeff's NR of Feb 25th, GII will:
1.  further define the prospectivity of the block
2.  identify optimal drill targets
What I am not clear about:
1.  define prospectivity - does that include a prospective resource assessment?
OR does the Seismic Report go to a company like Netherland, Sewell and they do a
prospective resource assessment in accordance with 51-101?  ENG would then know how many
millions of barrels of oil the Lotshi may contain.
2.  I presume ENG would not be allowed legally to publish a figure unless it was in accordance with
51-101, so the figures we see discussed on BB are simply best guestimates.

When I re-read the contracts awarded in 2006 for 1711:
Contract for reprocessing & reinterpretation of 2D & 3D awarded to Schlumberger
Contract for developing Drill Program awarded to Haliburton
Netherland Sewell provided the prospective resource assessment according to 51-101 but nowhere
can I find who did the Seismic, was it Netherland Sewell?  or was there a step before them?

Just trying to get a time frame on Congo in my mind, one that makes sense.
