Those notes can be easily misconstrued though in terms of the direction that the committee is leaning.  

Theratechonologies lost half its share value in late May based on some questions raised in the FDA pre meeting notes about increased diabetes risk.  Two days later the FDA committee unanimously recommended approval anyway and the shares “soared” -which sounds good except that only got them back to their original value. So effectively the questions killed the spike that otherwise would have been. 

We might we see questions about renal function etc which are sensible questions to ask.  Let’s just hope the market keeps a rational head about those kinds of questions and doesn’t read in concerns that don’t really exist.  If the notes do cause a drop I plan to take advantage of it and buy - whoever did that in TH's case made a killing.
