According to their Website, VAX needs about $2.5 million to get the project ready for an NI 43-101 resource estimate. At its current price and market cap, a PP of that size might not be do-able.  

Its financials don't seem to be up to date. Last I saw, as of last July, they had $340,000 cash. I think they've run through most of it by now. According to the cash flow statements, they run through about $250,000 cash per year, if changes to non-cash working capital items aren't included. Their Website says the current round of drilling will cost $250,000. They're not strapped, but they're going to need close to the 2.5 million they budgeted for.
