The beauty of having Niko as a partner and a major shareholder of Vast is Niko can carry Vast for a while until the well results are announced. Then financing can be done at $5 instead of 90 cents. It is in Niko's best interest to have Vast issue shares at a higher price, thus less dilution for Niko.
