insider selling

insider sellingits not a good thing for sure,But I have been closely studying insider buying and selling and i think the insiders sometimes sell to get the price down.Because for every insider share sold there are probably 4 or 5 sold by regular shareholders who(like me) do what the insiders do.A recent case in point is silver wheaton they were selling heavily for the last  week and now they are buying.I plan to phone FAU first thing tuesday to hear their explanation.
