If it is the one with June 14th as the document date, it looks to just be an updated version of their year-end report.  I didn't run it through the microscope, but chances are that if there is a change it is in the financials section where maybe an audited has required them to change how something was declared.  I read the front end of it and most of the main stuff seemed to still be consistent with past /current understanding of operations and results.

p.s.  going to be another interesting/challenging day in all likelihood.  Most of the world indices are down, along with oil and gold as of right now.
