This meeting will be to approve the latest round of share dilution.  It seems like it going to be a big financing because it is coming to a meeting, this is most unfortunate at these share prices.  Management should be negotiating  for a better price when they sell shares.  The work this company has done is worth a lot and we are being sold out for pennies.
