RE: Proxy Material etc from TD:

Hi SouthernX:

I sat down with a rep. from TD Waterhouse today, and told him that I received nothing from their transfer agent, Computershare Toronto, with respect to the Innvest Special Annual Meeting.  He called TD's proxy department and is having them investigate.  Please check again to make certain whether or not you received your Annual Info Package for the meeting or not?  It would be useful to know and what about the Info Circulars?  Do you understand what they are trying to do with the REIT?

Thanks for the information on hotels.  Most of the Downtown financial centre in Toronto is shut down and traders etc. have been taking off these last days until the G8G20 Summit is over and done with.  As a result, a very small number of people are actually trading these days, it seems to me.  Thus, the small volumes and the volotility.  A few shares here or there can cause ridiculous swings in a share price.  All banks in the core of Downtown Toronto, outside of the "perimeter fence" up to Bloor Street, are closing at 4P.M. from June 21 to the end of the Summit.

These kind of gatherings should never be held in urban centres such as Toronto because they are so disruptive.  They should be held in the mountains or on one of the islands in Georgian Bay.

Thanks again 160K
