Call me stupid...but

Call me stupid...butPutting up a for sale sign months ago and not having a deal today in my mind tells me exploration work conducted to date is insufficient to fetch any type of premium.  yes yes yes  there is O&G on the land but how much and what....

In my view a few million bucks on additional drilling/exploration would either put this on the radar or confirm that this is just a prospective land package.   Given the small market capitalization of MOO it would be relatively easy for a company with interest in the property to take a position in MOO, then announce a J.V and then benefit from the upside on the initial investment.  Maybe enough that it would offset some of exploration.

As for market silence, I think it's fair to say it just doesn't surround moo.  Seems the taps for juniors have all but been shut off.
