its a fair comment, and is at least partially right I'm sure. But  whoever is holding them is selling them at a 20-25% discount. Someone who has the money is making out like bandits on these. They know they are worth much more.

I guess people are scared the warrant value will nosedive in a month so just sell and take the "free" money now.

It does take more guts to own warrants than a regular stock. Thats why the payoff or loss is potentially much greater
