WZR is a, "50 / 50", like anything else; I just got lucky. I bought it when it dove on news of well problems.
They are and have been, working hard on those problems.
Check out the board and read the past few NR's and get a feel fot what the posters are saying.
It doesn't take long to figure out who is on the 'level' and who is full of ship.
