Aurcana Silver Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration, development, and operation of natural resource properties. The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Fine, then work out something with SLW to give them a few hundred thousand a month until the debt is payed. That should be easy for AUN if LN is cash-flowing anywhere close to 1 mil per month. I have no idea how much the final permits for Shafter will cost, but I can't imagine that it would be in the millions. That should still leave money left over from LN monthly cash flow, unless there are other factors that AUN has neglected to share with us. I guess the thing that bothers me the most is the lack of transparency and seeming lack of honesty on the part of AUN. Come on Lenic. Go back on Al Korelin's show and give us an explanation of what is really going on and how this PP benefits all AUN shareholders and not just a select few!
